Position : Sales Associate We are seeking a sales associate to join our team and help contribute to our overall revenue growth.
Candidates :
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who has the ability to adapt and learn quickly as needs arises. Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team are important. A desire to be part of and grow with a startup is a fundamental requirement for this position. Demonstrated performance in a similar sales environment is essential. Candidate must be very personable with the ability to elicit trust and enthusiasm from perfect strangers.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate has between 1 and 5 years of sales experience and is familiar with internet technologies and marketing. A working knowledge of the real estate industry is a major plus. Experience in the mortgage or legal industries will be helpful. Knowledge of web technologies and/or online marketing methods would be helpful.

Compensation :
Compensation is competitive: Commission heavy with base salary included, PPO health care, and the opportunity to own stock. Recurring revenue products and maintained client relationships provide vested income. No limit on compensation.
